Dear people,

We are delighted to announce a Mini Reclaiming Loreley Witchcamp from Friday 5 September to Sunday 7 September 2008.

The purpose of the mini-witchcamp will be to bridge the gap left by the cancellation of Loreley Witchcamp 2008, to gain ideas and inspiration for Loreley 2009, to network, socialize, share skills and experience and to celebrate our love of nature and divinity and our uniqueness and diversity together.  

The weekend will be held in the Netherlands but the main language will be English and we hope that as many people as possible from outside the Netherlands will attend. Both camping places and shared rooms will be available.

As we only have a weekend together, no teachers will be brought in from outside. Evening rituals will be held and a young people’s programme for 10 to 16 year olds will be on offer. Besides these basics, we are relying on people volunteering their own special contributions such as workshops or talks.

There is still much to be decided on, so any ideas and contributions at this stage too would be much appreciated, as in principle would be anyone who would like to help organise the event. 

As at all reclaiming witchcamps, everyone in principle adhering to the Reclaiming Principles of Unity, to be found at  www.reclaiming.org/about/directions/unity. is welcome, no prior experience required.

The price, which will naturally be kept as low as possible, will also be passed on as soon as more is known.
